My professional practice is dedicated to helping individuals seeking therapy because they struggle with stressors, life challenges, anxiety or depression, desire to improve their relationships or other life transitions, or want to engage in greater self-awareness and personal growth. While people thrive in many areas of their lives, they may still struggle with self-doubt, feel disconnected from themselves and others, or feel "stuck." They try to achieve specific personal or professional goals or have difficulty coping with competing demands and achieving balance in life. As an experienced practitioner, I aim to help my patients successfully navigate life's challenges, feel greater freedom and possibility, and lead more satisfying lives. The decision to seek therapy can be exciting and daunting, and finding the right therapist to work with is essential. I recognize the importance of creating a supportive environment where my patients can talk openly and feel genuinely heard. The opportunity to work with my patients is a privilege; I work collaboratively and empathically and approach therapy professionally

In addition to being a prominent Clinical Psychotherapist, Counselor, Life Coach, NYS Critical Incident Stress Debriefing provider, and First Responder, I am also proud to have been inducted into 'The National Honor Society of 'PHI KAPPA PHI by-election,' as well as 'The Honor Society in Psychology at the 'PSI CHI Chapter region. 'Fordham University.'  My honors continue with the 'New York Mental Health Counselors Association (Metro Chapter),' 'The American Counseling Association (ACA)' and 'The Multi-Cultural ACA Division,' and 'The American Association of Pastoral Counselors Specialists (AAPC)

I am a culturally sensitive practitioner who has worked with a diverse population as an interactive, solution-focused Psychotherapist; my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to address personal life challenges effectively. As a practitioner, I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.
